small room poor air conditioning
the reception area seemed large and cute, which i appreciated.
The room felt way too small for what i paid. i also didn't find basic things such as bedsheets. There were just duvets. The air conditioning didn't do much cooling at all.

the hotel was clean and stylish, an aspect i found acceptable.
My room felt very small. I expected more space for the price (i even thought it was a bit cramped). the air conditioning barely worked, and i was warm the whole time, not pleasant. also, there was no complimentary water, a little thing i missed.

the location rocked because it was close to everything important. public transport access made getting around super easy. i loved the helpful staff in the bar area, such a plus!

The location was good and close to the metro. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bar staff were very friendly and there was plenty of space to sit and relax.
The room was small and had minimal amenities. There was no coffee or tea available. I found the room temperature difficult to adjust so it was very cold.
